Late Policy:  I completely understand that work, children, pets, appointments can make one run late and life happens. I will do my best to fit your entire appointment in as long as it doesn’t cause me to run late for the next client. However, if I must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked.

I ask that you please provide at least a 48 hour notice, if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment please call 802-999-2403.  This allows me time to fill the spot you have reserved.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment will be subject to 50% of your treatment fee. No shows or cancellations made after the time of your scheduled appointment will be subject to 100% of your treatment fee. I do have a big heart and everyone does get a 1 free “oops” pass. If for some reason you decide not to come to your appointment you better call me and let me know that you are ok …because when you don’t show up, I will worry and wonder if everything is alright.Please do not no show, it does not feel good.
